Welcome to LongArmQuiltersPro. Joann has a degree in textile design from the Cleveland Institute of Art and thirty years experience in sewing, embroidery, weaving, spinning, machine and longarm quilting. Joann uses an A-1 Elite LongArm for design and finishing quilts. Donald is the "product guy." Our goal is to finish your quilt in a manner which reflects your design appreciation and adds to your quilt an extra level of beauty. We also offer products for sale which we have found beneficial in various aspects of quilting.

Shipping Information:
We offer a number of shipping options through UPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time during the checkout process.
Product items which are in inventory usally are shipped within two to three days after the order is placed. Quilting Services are handled on an individual basis.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
These are handled on an individual basis. In general, for a product to be accepted for a refund, the product would have to be returned, unused, with all original packaging within seven days of receipt of same product. If there is a manufacturing defect, which hopefully there are never any, the return, refund, etc. would depend on a manufacturer's warranty and if the product had been used or damaged.
Our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction in all areas of our customer relationships. We must be notified by email at the address above within five days of receipt of product and also by phone at 732-241-9545.
